We all face hardships and difficulties at points in our lives and it is not easy owning that we cannot always face this alone. Seeking therapy is a brave step and may be the first needed to initiate change and healing.
Gavita offers a confidential, comfortable and compassionate space to listen to, explore and understand clients’ concerns on a deeper and psychological level. She can support clients in processing and exploring specific or underlying issues that are bothering them, help them gain insight and understanding of themselves and their situation, consider different perspectives and find new ways forward.
Gavita is an integrative psychotherapist with extensive experience working within GP practices, NHS services and specifically with fertility and pregnancy-related issues all over London, which has enabled her to meet people from all walks of life.
Further, Gavita has worked with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, relationship issues, pregnancy-related issues (such as pregnancy loss and infertility), cultural issues, prejudice and discrimination, long-term health conditions and young adult issues.
She currently offer in-person and online therapy and can work both short-term and long-term.
