Helen offers relationship therapy for couples. She has specialist training from Tavistock Relationships, a leading institute for psychotherapy and relationships, where she work as a Visiting Clinician and Assessor.
Helen works with couples dealing with poor communication, lack of sex or intimacy, recurring conflict, anxiety and/or depression, parenting issues, life transitions, affairs and betrayals and separation/divorce.
Helen holds a Masters in Couple Psychanalytic Psychotherapy, Tavistock Relationships (UEL); a PGDip Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, Tavistock Relationships (UEL); and a PgCert in Theory and Skills of Psychodynamic Couple and Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy, Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships (UEL).
Helen is a fully accredited Parents as Partners group facilitator (TR) and has trained on online therapy. She offers face-to-face or online sessions.
