IVF Foundations Series
Preparing for IVF is a crucial step in ensuring that individuals are mentally and physically equipped for the challenges ahead. Our six-week programme addresses the emotional aspects of IVF, equipping participants with tools to manage stress, uncertainty, and complex decisions. Led by a team of experts—including couples therapist Zoë Sanders, individual psychotherapist Alejandra Lozada Andrade, embryologist Emma Whitney, and fertility nutritionist Natasha Evans —the programme provides essential insights and strategies to help participants approach IVF with confidence and clarity.
IVF is a complex, emotionally demanding process that can deeply impact individuals’ emotional wellbeing. Research shows high levels of stress, anxiety, sadness, and frustration among those undergoing IVF, often due to the physical demands, emotional strain, and uncertain outcomes. Our programme acknowledges these challenges, helping participants build the understanding and skills needed to face them.
